Evotherm products can be equipped with different types of glass, providing multiple benefits in terms of better thermal and sound insulation, ensuring significant savings, better quality of life and safety.

ENERGY GLASS PANELS

Double energy double glazing of two seasons

Like the two seasons product, this is the evolution of energy glass, often referred to as third generation energy. They comprise two panes of glass with an aluminium or polyamide gap between them, filled with Argon gas, bonded around the perimeter using a double sealing technique consisting of a two component Butyl adhesive and Thiocolloid. They are characterised by their high brightness and the absence of colour alteration. They allow a large amount of solar radiation to enter our space and are ideal for maximum solar gain.

The technical characteristics in 4/16 argon/4 arrangement are:

FEATURE VALUE
Ug - thermal insulation coefficient 1,1W/ (m².K)
Lt - Brightness 82
g - Solar gain factor 0.62
Four seasons double energy glazing

It is the latest technology of energy glass. Often referred to as third generation energy. It comprises two panes of glass with an aluminium or polyamide gap between them, filled with Argon gas, bonded around the perimeter using a double sealing technique consisting of a two-component Butyl Glue and Thiocollate. They are characterised by good brightness and the absence of colour alteration. They allow a small amount of solar radiation to enter our space so they are an ideal solution for openings that have a high heat load in the summer months.

Their technical characteristics in 4/16 argon/5 configuration are:

FEATURE VALUE
Ug - thermal insulation coefficient 1,0W/ (m².K)
Lt - Brightness 61
g - Solar gain factor 0.39
Four seasons triple energy glazing

It is the best solution to energy glass. It includes a four-season glass pane on the outside, a transparent pane in the middle and a two-season pane on the inside. They are perimeter bonded using a double sealing technique consisting of a two-component Butyl Glue and Thiokol. They are characterised by good brightness and the absence of colour alteration. They allow a small amount of solar radiation to enter our space so they are an ideal solution for openings that have a high heat load in the summer months.

Their technical characteristics in 4/16 argon/4/16 argon/4 arrangement are:

FEATURE VALUE
Ug - thermal insulation coefficient 0,5W/ (m².K)
Lt - Brightness 55
g - Solar gain factor 0.36
SAFETY GLASS PANELS (LAMINATED)

Security in our days is an issue that concerns us/you more and more every day. Safety or Laminated glass consists of 2 single panes of glass, which are glued together with an adhesive PVB film, which joins them - glues them together and makes them one body like a single pane of glass. The membrane which joins and glues the 2 panes of glass, acts as a shield since it prevents the 2 panes of glass from collapsing in case they are broken unintentionally (accidents) or intentionally (theft).

Safety glazing offers security because after they break, they stay in place, and for anyone to break through them, they have to make noise and take longer. That is, their characteristic is that they remain intact after breaking without pieces coming off that can injure someone.

In addition, PVB membranes, which are placed on Triplex - triplex safety glass, protect against ultraviolet radiation which is the cause of destruction of colors on all objects ( furniture, clothes, floors) and also the cause of sunburn (tanning) on human skin.

SOUND-ABSORBING GLASS PANELS

One of the most widespread «evils» of our time is noise. Noise pollution is a growing problem, especially in urban areas. From the noise of cars, trains and planes to the music from restaurants and nightclubs, noise pollution is a daily problem.

The development of acoustic glazing technology can go a long way to tackling the problem of noise pollution and eliminating it from both where we live and where we work.

The sound absorbing glazing, consists of two panes of glass glued together with a special sound reducing membrane. Their performance varies depending on the number of membranes used. They can be installed either on their own or in a double glazing unit with two or four season energy. Their sound reduction starts at 37 db.

SAFETY GLASS PANELS

Anti-vandal glass panes

It consists of two or more panes of glass bonded together with a transparent film. It is classified according to its resistance to axe or bullet impacts in accordance with European standards.

PEARLS IN GLASS

In-glazing blinds differ from ordinary blinds in that they are placed between the panes of glass and are located on the inside of your window.

They can be handled in the following ways:

  1. Electric drive - The most modern versions are often controlled either by remote control or smartphone app

  2. With magnetic handling system

Advantages of blinds within glazing

  1. Security

  2. High endurance

  3. Easy handling

  4. Cleaning and maintenance

WARMEDGE

Insulating spacers (Warm Edge) are the perfect solution for those who make energy saving a priority.

Typically applied to insulating glass for passive construction, they improve the insulating properties by reducing the thermal permeability of the glass pane.
